My music is reflected in my artists name: I have a dark and energetic side, but also a light and relaxed one: My first album Heliosphere features ambient soundscapes which could fit as film music or meditation music to dream away with. It has been described as a perfect match for studying and yoga, and is used in yoga studios in Canada and the United states. Besides chill, ambient sounds I also make music for the dancefloor: I made a trance meets dark techno/tech-house EP, named ‘The Call’: with Thijs Slijkhuis.

Aquinox has played in some of the best clubs of the Netherlands, such as:
Utrecht: Tivoli Vredenburg, Tivoli de Helling, Woolloomooloo, Club Poema ,
Amsterdam: Chicago Social Club, Bitterzoet, NYX and Club Lite.
He gained international recognition by playing at Kali Mela in Spain, Generator Kreuzberg Berlin, The W hotel @ St Petersburg, Russia. He also played for corporate events by Fiat in Utrecht and The Sacred House in Ürgüp, Cappadocia.
